Staying at this hotel in Raub was an interesting experience that provided a solid balance of value and comfort-perfect for a digital nomad like me. The rooms were clean and tidy, with centralized air conditioning that was a blessing in the sweltering heat. Kudos to the management for promptly addressing a clogged water drainage issue I encountered. Deciding to extend my stay from August 22nd to 23rd was an easy choice, given the affordable rates and the amenities offered. The outdoor swimming pool and the garden area are the hotel's standout features, providing a calm spot to unwind after a long day of work or exploration. Plus, the mountain and durian orchard views are a unique addition to your backdrop, perfect for family photos. While the design of the hotel is appealing, what I appreciated most was the access to essential comforts, like free toiletries and an electric kettle for late-night coffee. The hotel's proximity to the town also made it easy to find good food outside the village. It's a reasonable choice for travelers weighing luxury against value.
